E-Mail message deliverability is simply the ability to deliver messages to the user, preferably, in the user's Inbox and not in any other folder that may not be directly visible.
Ability to deliver has two aspects:
- the correct functioning of the sending e-mail system such that the messages sent are delivered to the destination and not blocked in transit or at the destination server.
- the ability to reach the user's primary Inbox folder where the user normally views messages directly and not by searching in other folders like Junk or SPAM.
